Sci-Net uses Sci-Hub decentralized tokens to support smooth exchange of information. To get the invite code, you need to have Sci-Hub tokens on the Solana network. If you're completely new to the decentralized tokens topic, here is the step-by-step instruction:

⧁ Using TipLink

The first way to get Sci-Hub tokens is to use TipLink website:

  1. Create a new wallet on tiplink.io. Once registered, add funds (SOL tokens) to the wallet. TipLink will show you options to do that depending on your country. SOL equivalent of 1-2 USD will be enough.
  2. After that, press Swap button inside (on the right). In the second dropdown menu, type "Sci-Hub" and select Sci-Hub token. You will need a minimum of 1000 Sci-Hub tokens (0.01 SOL) for invite
  3. Now that you got some Sci-Hub tokens, press Send button and select "As a link or QR" option. Select "Sci-Hub" is the Asset dropdown menu. Enter any amount of 1000 Sci-Hub tokens (around 1 usd) or larger and create a new tiplink.
  4. Click "Share" and copy the link. Paste it in the form below to get your invite code. After registration, tokens will be available on you Sci-Net account and you can use them to reward uploaders

Another option is to install a crypto wallet on your mobile phone:

This is the application where you can store, send and exchange tokens on Solana, includig Sci-Hub token. To scan the code, you will need to install either Phantom or Solflare on a mobile phone
: get SOL tokens
Inside the application, you can buy any amount of Solana tokens starting from 0.02 SOL (one SOL token equals around 70,000 Sci-Hub tokens) To start using the platform, you need to have minimum 1000 Sci-Hub tokens

Once you have SOL tokens, you can swap them to Sci-Hub tokens inside the application. Get from 1000 to 12000 Sci-Hub tokens using swap function.

Press the button below: if you press 1 the QR code for 1000 tokens will be generated, 2 for 2000 and so on, the maximum is 12000.

Use Solflare or Phantom mobile application to scan the code (on Solflare, you must use the small button in the top right corner in the main application screen) and transfer tokens to Sci-Net. You will get the invite code to register. After registration, tokens submitted here will be available on your Sci-Net account.

Note: the QR code will be active for 8 minutes. If no invite appears after senging tokens, press re-check button.
